Vixen Powder Coating Curing Ovens
Our top-class curing / drying ovens are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate virtually all payloads and can be supplied with many different product loading options.
Temperature ranges available from 220°C up to 600°C
Fitted with coloured HMI screen and a PLC they are able to achieve high levels of thermal process control, stability and temperature uniformity.
Vixen Electric powered curing/drying Ovens are general purpose, electric, batch ovens with a standard temperature setting of 220°C, higher temperature ovens of up to 600°C available upon request.
They are ideally suited for a vast range of low temperature thermal processes such as drying, curing of resins, paints, composites. and other low temperature thermal processes.
Constructed from a heavy-duty steel box sectioned frame with infilled 160 and 300 mm thick insulated galvanised panels and externally clad in a hard-wearing powder coated finish.

Our top-quality powder coating booths are available in a variety of sizes to suit the application in hand and are all fitted with high quality, integral filter cartridge, self-cleaning paint dust extraction.
Supplied with a coloured HMI screen and PLC control they are very efficient, simple to use and offer various program options and diagnostics.
The Vixen range of spray booths allow for painting multiple components by hand directly placed on the worktable or suspended from optional roof mounted hanging rails.

Stand Features
Pulling together the great control features and gun is an easy to move stand. This robust manoeuvrable trolley with vibrating powder box platform includes handy features for storing the Profispray gun, hoses and cables. This includes an air preparation unit.
The inclined vibrating table allows all the powder to be used and the fluidised suction tube is optimized for constant powder delivery.
